Our promise

iSpector never markets other companies' services to your clients

Some inspection software places third-party offers in front of the home buyers you inspect for. iSpector doesn't, on any plan.

  • No partner offers in your reports

Your reports, portals, emails and texts never carry insurance, warranty, security, utility or moving offers from other companies.

  • Your clients are your clients

We don't sell your clients' or agents' details, and we don't use them for our own purposes (see our privacy policy).

  • Only what you choose to offer

Add-ons, follow-ups and campaigns are your own services, sent only when you set them up.

Two things you may see: client pages show a small "Powered by iSpector" line, and if you switch on pay over time in Settings, invoices name the payment options you chose (Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay). iSpector takes no fee on either.

Why teams switch

Why choose iSpector over HomeGauge

No Windows computer needed

iSpector runs in any browser on a Mac, PC or Chromebook and in the inspector app, so you write where you are and the office sees it at once.

Your website is in the plan

Team includes a website drafted for your inspection business, on your own domain, with online booking and instant quotes built in, for $149 a month.

AI that does the office work

Flo, iSpector's assistant, books, reschedules and invoices from a sentence, and shows every change for you to approve. In the report, AI drafts and you decide.

Prices that work themselves out

Set square footage bands, year built and foundation modifiers, travel fees and discount codes once. Clients see the total as they book, and the office never re-prices by hand.

When HomeGauge may be the better fit

HomeGauge is a good fit if you prefer writing on a Windows desktop, rely on its state forms library, or want a done-for-you website and SEO service.
