So does the delivery.

Damaged shingles

Several shingles show visible damage. Recommend evaluation and repair by a qualified roofing contractor.

Sound familiar?

Less chasing. More inspecting.

The inspection ends. The paperwork doesn't.

Rebuilding the same sections and typing the same observations takes time away from your next inspection.

Photos here. Notes over there.

Matching a photo to the right finding shouldn't mean sorting through a camera roll after every job.

The report is ready. The payment isn't.

Chasing an unpaid invoice or an unsigned agreement adds another follow-up before you can wrap up the job.

How iSpector helps

Built around the way home inspection work gets done

Start with a whole-house inspection template

Use the residential home-inspection starter for structure, exterior, roof, systems and interiors. Customize sections, items and reusable comments to fit your process.

Turn findings into a clear, branded report

Add notes, severity levels and photos with captions to findings. Publish a client-facing report with a summary and a branded PDF. Choose whether release waits for payment, a signed agreement, or both.

Keep inspections and property details together

Schedule each inspection, assign the inspector and keep the customer's property details and job history in one place.

Inspection scheduling

Make getting paid part of the workflow

Send an invoice and let clients pay online by card or ACH. Payment and agreement status can control when a published report becomes available.

Home Inspection questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.

Does iSpector include home-inspection reports?

Yes. Inspection reports are included on every plan. Start with the residential home-inspection template, tailor the sections and items, add findings and photos, and publish an online report with a branded PDF.

Can I use my own inspection wording?

Yes. Customize templates, statuses and severities, and build a reusable comment library. You can write individual findings and save useful wording to the library for future inspections.

Can I require payment and a signed agreement before releasing a report?

Yes. Choose immediate release, payment, a signed agreement, or both, with optional manual review. Home-inspection starters default to requiring both payment and a signed agreement. Clients see the steps they need to complete before the report opens.

Can clients read reports online and download a PDF?

Yes. Once released, clients can review the online report, filter findings, view photos and download the branded PDF. Reports are also listed in the customer portal.

Can I write inspection reports offline?

Yes. The offline-first iOS and Android app keeps report work, notes and photos on the phone. Download the inspection first, then sync queued work when you reconnect.

Run a tighter home inspection business
