Why teams switch

Why choose iSpector over Home Inspector Pro

Nothing to install

iSpector runs in any browser and in the inspector app. Updates arrive on their own, and the office sees the report as you write it.

A portal for agents, not just a link

Agents sign in to see every inspection their clients book with you, build repair requests from the findings and get updates at each milestone.

Prices that work themselves out

Set square footage bands, year built and foundation modifiers, travel fees and discount codes once. Clients see the total as they book, and the office never re-prices by hand.

AI that does the office work

Flo, iSpector's assistant, books, reschedules and invoices from a sentence, and shows every change for you to approve. In the report, AI drafts and you decide.

When Home Inspector Pro may be the better fit

Home Inspector Pro is a good fit if you like writing on an installed desktop app, need state forms such as wind mitigation, 4-point or TREC, or deliver reports in several languages.

Pricing

Home Inspector Pro's published plans

Home Inspector Pro publishes one plan and no per-inspection fees. The trial is 30 days with no card or contract. Some features, such as online scheduling, pricing by square footage and age, texts and the repair request list, need HIP Office Full rather than Lite. Card processing through Guardian is 2.75% + $0.30.
