Why teams switch

Why choose iSpector over Property Inspect

Built for the buyer's inspection

Booking with square footage and age pricing, a pre-inspection agreement, payment, and a report released when both are done: the home inspector's day, in order.

A portal for agents, not just a link

Agents sign in to see every inspection their clients book with you, build repair requests from the findings and get updates at each milestone.

Repair requests from the findings

Clients and their agents pick findings, choose repair, replace or credit, and send a clean list to the seller's side.

One price, unlimited inspections

Reports, agreements, booking, payments, the client and agent portals and automations are on every plan from $79 a month. No per-inspection fees.
