Connect inspection payments, agreements and report release

Finishing the report is one part of finishing an inspection. Payment, agreement signing and the client handoff are easier to follow when they share the same workflow.

Set the next step early

Show clients which services they booked and how to pay. If the inspection includes a radon test or sewer scope, keep those services with the appointment and on the invoice. Avoid making the client reconcile separate lists.

Send a payment link they can open on their phone. Keep the wording direct: what the invoice covers, the amount due and where to complete payment.

Keep signing and payment visible

An unpaid invoice and an unsigned agreement are different steps. Track both. When a client asks why the report has not opened, the answer should be easy to find.

In iSpector, a published report can release immediately or wait for payment, a signed agreement, or both. Choose the workflow that fits your business, and tell the client what to expect.

Review the final handoff

Confirm the report is ready, the client details are correct and the required steps are complete. Clients can then read the online report and download its branded PDF.

Explore agreements and invoices or see client payments. Processing fees and plan details are listed on the pricing page.
